In connection with the accomplishment of administrative and technical services in the Company, I herewith

ORDER:

§I. As of 15.04.2013, the following prices to be introduced for the services provided by the Company:
1. Visit, return and sealing of water meter, and opening (change) of batch 9.17 BGN/11.00 BGN
2. Visit, return and dismounting of client water meter 12.25 BGN/14.70 BGN
3. Visit, return, installing and sealing of client water meter 15.25 BGN/18.30 BGN
4. Replacement of existing water meter with a new water meter purchased by the client 20.84 BGN/25.00 BGN
5. Replacement of stopcock owned by the client 22.50 BGN/27.00 BGN
6. Replacement of stopcock in front of the water meter (emergency) 6.50 BGN/7.80 BGN
7. Copier services A4, one-sided 0.17 BGN/0.20 BGN
8. Copier services A4, two-sided 0.25 BGN/0.30 BGN

*The express service is provided as follows:
For sheet sizes A4, A3 and A2: one working day following the day when the request was placed.
For sheet sizes A1 and A0: three working days following the day when the request was placed.
3. Coordinating of sketch, visa, Detailed Development Plan with issuing of source data:
3.1. Sheet size A4: 150 BGN
3.2. Sheet size A3: 170 BGN
4. Coordinating of investment project:
4.1. Ordinary service (10 working days): 80 BGN
4.2. Express service (3 working days): 130 BGN
5. Comprehensive service: coordinating of sketch, visa, Detailed Development Plan with the issuing of source data, development of project by “Water Supply and Sewage” Plan and coordinating of investment project:
5.1. Water deviation to the building, up to 50 m: 280 BGN
5.2. Sewage deviation to the building, up to 50 m: 280 BGN
5.3. Water and sewage deviation to the building, up to 50 m: 430 BGN
5.4. Street water pipe, up to 200 m: 480 BGN
5.5. Street sewer, up to 200 m: 580 BGN
5.6. Street water pipe, over 200 m: the price is calculated according to the Methodology for determination of the amount of fees for the providing of designer services by the engineers working in urban development and investment development fields.
5.7. Street sewer over 200 m: the price is calculated according to the Methodology for determination of the amount of fees for the providing of designer services by the engineers working in urban development and investment development fields.
5.8. Other designs within the “Water Supply and Sewage” scope: the price is calculated according to the Methodology for determination of the amount of fees for the providing of designer services by the engineers working in urban development and investment development fields.
6. Issuing of permit “W” (Water) or permit “K” (Sewage): 40 BGN
7. Issuing of statement of opinion: 80 BGN
8. Issuing of statement of opinion with regard to existing Water Supply and Sewage connections: 50 BGN
§ II. All the prices quoted in §І of this Ordinance are VAT excluded.
§ III. This Ordinance comes into force as of the date of its issuing and the new prices specified in this Ordinance shall apply to all requests for the delivery of services placed after 15 April 2013.
§ IV. This Ordinance is to be displayed in a well-visible place in the Customer Service Centre and the staff engaged with the acceptance of requests for sketch coordinating, visas, detailed development plans, investment projects, etc, are to explain to the customers the service-providing potential of the Company.
§ V. This Ordinance is to be brought to the attention of the Company’s executive staff.
§ VI. Term of implementation: unlimited in time.
§ VII. The exercising of control over the implementation of this Ordinance is assigned to the Manager of Controlling Department and the Head Accountant.
