A Letter of Outgoing No 1232/31.05.2004 issued by the Regional Directorate for Water and Environmental Protection prescribes that the “Water Supply and Sewage Company – Golden Sands” OOD shall not issue permits for connecting of new sites to the sewer system of the complex without the approval of the “Water Supply and Sewage Company Varna” OOD.
